Jeffrey Strain Completes Another Satellite Site

Jeffrey Strain of Personal Finance Advice has become an inspiration to many new niche webmasters. Along with his partner Nate Sanden, they have been operating a very successful personal finance forum - Saving Advice. They are even giving out free blogs via the website. Now that’s a great way to build a community!

Most notably in the niche community are his recent posts about his satellite sites (what he calls niche websites). His first post started in November and consistently updated his readers about new sites and his results.

His latest venture is Investing Page, a website to discuss some basic financial concepts for the common investor. What separates Jeffrey from the others is his entrepreneurial spirit. He even hires site managers to help maintain his growing network of satellites. Hmm… now I see why he doesn’t call them niche websites!

    Thanks for the kind mention. Have to laugh about the “satellite” designation - we started calling them that when we first came up with the idea and didn’t realize that niche marketing existed - goes to show that you can do this even if you know absolutely nothing in the beginning.

    Like the concept of this blog — look forward to hearing about what others are doing in this area.

    Thanks for dropping by! The hope for this blog will be to gather more niche webmasters together and maybe even form a community. Though people are always wary of niche “compeititors”. Together, we can possibly achieve more than what any of us can do individually.
